At what hp or rpm is it recommended to install arp rod bolts in a gen 4 5.3 rod

it's just easier to use them then torque to yield bolts just tighten them to ARP specs, bottom ends on these LS motors is pretty tough, but TTY is a pain without a really good tool

In my opinion, you''l find more broken/bent stock rod beams than stock rod bolt failures.

In addition, changing to an ARP bolt at a MINIMUM requires you to check the big end for roundness and size. You might be lucky enough to have a few tenths to work with to hone it back to round. After all that work, might as well just get a set of "cheap" rods and start from scratch.
