Ok update I jumped the gun and thought it was the rear main seal because oil was pouring out of the bottom of the trans At the bell housing. Ended up being an oils oil pressure switch that bursted and leaked down the bellhousing smh. I removed the oil fill cap and added a filter in its place and it Still pops dipstick up .

Boback,

I haven't read every post on this thread so far, but I've skimmed over it... Obviously you've got a pressure issue, and you've already gone over the obvious.

I would suggest you do a leak down test. Annoying pain, but it will help weed out anything obvious...

At the risk of being too obvious, huge crankcase pressure can only be from excess blow-by, stroker or otherwise. Nothing else will do that.

I've seen clogged PCV systems do it. If you're not venting at all, it will certainly cause issues.

Stop wasting your money and do some testing ffs.

Stick a pressure gauge into the crankcase...or even remove the dipstick and stick it there. There is no way in hell an engine with both valve covers and valley vented like that should ever push the dipstick out. And if it did, it would be pumping **** out those breathers like **** too.

Sounds like a faulty/improper dipstick.

And if there was huge pressure in there, a vac pump would be a terrible band aid vs actually fixing what can only be a fucked engine.

If my engine was " Fucked " it would shoot oil out also. which is what it did before i had it rebuilt. compression is between 200-205 on each cylinder and the worst cylinder leak down is 8%. This engine is not in a factory GM vehicle. It's in a nissan 240sx. It uses an oil pan with dipstick in the pan, not in the block like the oem location. maybe my swap pan i causing issues but I ordered a vacuum pump anyways. I've been wanting to get one.

Don't know **** from shinola about this **** and you guys are running some awesome set-ups compared to my heads/cam/intake stock bottom end LS2, But my tuner who I really respect had me buy a breather cap today when I was in there getting my tune touched up after a cam swap.

installed a vacuum pump kit and It works great ! no more dipstick blowing out issues and the engine actually runs smoother and the engines feels more responsive , Hard to explain but the engine just feels like its not struggling anymore. I feel like i gained some power for sure. I had to add 2-4% fuel in the full throttle areas to get my afr back down to what it was originally.

I was having a problem on extended 3rd and 4th gear pulls.
Vented both VC's with -10 lines into a MM draft can. No more issues

VP's will create more vacuum and increase ring seal, more power so that's not surprising

yeah same here, it was on the longer pulls where it would come up. Deep down i really wanted to do the vacuum pump anyways so this was a good reason to make me buy it lol.
