Default Cam for L76

L76
bored .020
flat top pistons
Ported and polished 243 heads
headers
Full 3 inch exhaust
102 intake
my trans

The little gm hot cam does not cut it.
Car is not a DD
I'm lucky to put 1k on it a year

I rarely drag race
Mainly just cruise and occasional late night pull.

Let's just go for the best sounding cam that wont destroy my pistons.

I love the ms4 but worried about a valve smack
V4 a close 2nd
Maybe a BTR stage 4?

Yes I'm replacing the valve train, engine has like 20 miles on it. I had to pull it due to oil issues but that's fixed

I dont know lol

for the cost of what a shelf cam would go for, I can set you up with a custom grind worked for exactly what you want. would want to know what stall and physical size you are running. many variables will come into what I would recommend, feel free to shoot me a PM if you want and we can get you locked in with a healthy setup

what he said. Go custom Patrick G. or Cam Motion can spec it. Either way, go Cam Motion for the core.
