Understanding my engine, help. Good Morning all. So it seems I am finding a bit of conflicting information on the interwebs but it seems as if the aluminum 5.3L I pulled from my parents wrecked 05 GMC Envoy Denali (VIN M) is an LH6. However everything I can find says that should be an AFM engine. That vehicle for 100% fact did not have AFM. I did find a few blurbs (nothing Id take as a statement of fact) that they "had" AFM in 05 but it wasn't wired up. Am I still going to need an AFM delete kit for this engine?

Ok so the short wheelbase models did not have AFM. Awesome. Thank you.
