COMP 469 CAM and PTV clearance I know this is an ongoing subject but i want to make sure, i have completely stock L92 6.2 and I'm adding a cam package and DOD delete/ etc. i have a comp cams

You'd best be careful and measure.
I have a stock LS3 bottom end, and a 227/231 114+1 cam on 1.8 ratio rockers (about .650" lift on both valves with these rockers) was pretty close ... .060" on intake and .080" on exhaust. Close enough that I don't get on it before the engine is fully warmed up. I *do* have a .040" head gasket, if yours is thicker/stock you'd have more clearance.
Your cam seems like it'd be worse ... more duration on slightly closer LSA. I really think you should check and see, rather than bending all your valves because you were lazy.
