urgent building L94 trying to find aftermarket rods and compression calc parts compat
I have summit pistons https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-3269434065-2
I posted this question on summit racing.
I found these
CSC6100DS6A2AH Callies 6.100 .943 pin h beam
Q:
A:You need to buy another Gen IV set of connecting rods. They are good for 800-1000hp. Just keep tuning correct and joy.

I am also trying to keep compression under 11
Plus if I am going to run N/a for a year then turbo it i might as well buy upgraded rods.
does this look correct for compression calculation?

I'm really close to summit racing return window of 90 days in case I have to swap pistons out.
I am unable to find recommended piston pin clearance for a time attack/ drift car. I'd rather buy something once and pay to have the bushings clearances bored. from what I can tell it would still be a recommended .001 -.0015 max for the pin clearances

Is there any aftermarket rods that work with these? My factory ones are out of spec now after arp's. and can't find any ok quality + .002 bearings made anymore.

There are plenty of options. Eagle has a cheap 6.100” length I Beam rod for a .943” pin (PN SIR6100NLW) for example. If you want to use a .945” pin, it should be okay to hone the piston pin bores that much when you’re having them pin fit anyways. If you can swap out pistons, it’s probably better to use a 6.125” rod with a smaller .927” pin though.
