Default Cam bearing advice

So I have the motor apart to do a couple things and noticed the first 2 cam bearings are boogered up. I can’t feel and there is no visible damage on the cam itself . The cam was installed by previous owner with maybe 10k miles on it. I’m trying to figure if it’s worth replacing the bearings. I figure if it hasn’t

done any damage yet, it shouldn’t in the future. Any insight? Thanks

Pretty good amount of wear it appears. Looks like an edge on the back side of that first one. Replace them.
