Default Timing chain damper

Hello,

does anyone know off the top of their head if a timing chain damper can be installed after the oil pump has been installed? Bolts between crank and cam gears

thanks

It can not.
It must go on first prior to oil pump.

It is a good mod to have.
I had a LS2 damper fitted with a Trickflow kit on my non drilled LS1 engine years ago & have a damper fitted on my now LS3
