Default Lifter Trays for LC9?

I’ve done a search and everything says the gen 3 trays should work but my LC9 has 2 notches so I’m pretty sure the gen 3 trays won’t fit.

No I’ve already got an ICT valley plate that covers the DoD Holes and I’m taking the ls7 lifters and cam from my LQ4 for this engine. Also have a cam entension harness and correct 3 bolt cam gear + I’ll be swapping the A & C pins on my cam pigtail. Engine will be ran by term X.
Just need to know which trays.

These work for Gen3 or 4. They are GM trays. The aftermarket trays can be made from an inferior plastic, which can wear easier or even become brittle with heat cycling. You can find cheaper trays, but I wouldn’t recommend that at all.
edit…you need to buy 4 of these…sold individually.

i meant the shape of the trays-my gen 3 trays have a flat bottom which look like they won’t clear the 2 raised parts at the ends of the gen 4 block.

Gen 3 trays in the LQ4 I just pulled

Just glanced at the pic of the gen 3 trays again-think I need some sleep lol
I see the 3s have notches in both ends so they should clear the notch in the gen 4 block.

Just to confirm-my gen 3 trays with ls7 lifters are a direct bolt in for the LC9?
