Default Late model LT1/LT4 swaps

Thinking of an LS3 swap in my 54 Chevy Sedan Delivery but wondering if anyone is doing the later LT stuff since the LS are getting hard to find in a low miles donor. Does the LT fit basically the same as an LS? Still saving $$ for a donor engine and 6 speed manual Other question would be a harness since I want the factory injection.

Don't worry about low mileage on the donors, these engines are still spring chickens w/ 200k miles on them. And there are thousands in the junkyards....

The stock rebuilt ones are also not bad prices from various vendors,, I am very happy with the ATK reman I bought.. <knock on wood... )

I picked up the L33 long block for like 3000 ,, for my application the AL block was a big deal to me..
My jeep now sits 1/2" nose up instead off 1" nose down like it did with the 4 banger..

The high pressure injection pump in the rear can require some firewall mods depending on the vehicle.
