looking to get some work done on my new purchased a 1995 range rover clsssic with an l99 with about (58k miles on the engine). I am looking for an estimate / quote to delete the DOD / AFM as well upgrade it with with a GM LS9 cam and GM LS7 performance lifters as well as well as dyno tuned. looking for shops that will do this job

The LS9 cam is NOT an upgrade. Very soggy low end power and minimal top end gain.
