Default Will L92 VVT system Work in LH6

I have low mileage (90k) 2007, L92/6.2 spare parts engine (Top End) to include entire valve train/VVT. I have a 2007 LH6/5.3 that needs AFM deleted...lifter collapsed. Can I install the VVT system from the L92 (E38 computer) into the 5.3? The 5.3 is in a 2007 Envoy Denali (E67 computer). I have the top end removed and want to get it running again. The L92 parts are boxed up on the shelf and it would be nice to use them and save $$$.

Valvetrain parts (excluding valves of course) should interchange among Gen IV engines. Use a non-AFM/DOD valley cover and all non-AFM/DOD lifters/trays plus the VVT cam/timing sprocket. Was the LH6 VVT? The computer compatibility is beyond my capabilities. Ask around about that.

Thank you for the quick response; no VVT on LH6, just AFM. That will save me a pile of $$ that can go toward a tank of gas...lol
The computer issue is troubling, hopefully someone can help with this question on this thread, otherwise I'll do a thread just on computer interchangeability.

Or just put a non-VVT, non-AFM/DOD cam and sprocket in and carry on....
