Cam vs Cam ls3....
Looking for some thoughts from those that know cam specs and results better than I know my kids names. This is primarily a few time a week driver in my 6 speed c6 vette (do we hate vette folks here?). I drag it when I can, track day it from time to time and generally like leisurely rides in Mexico. Unfortunately my current ls3 is being pulled due to it knocking like a tax collector. Think it is a main. Odd at only 98k but ohh well.
235/243 .621"/.624" 113+2 LSA is what is in my current ls3. Otherwise stock internals and trunion kit and dual springs.
Looking at a GM performance long block that is essentially an ls3 with a hotter cam 219/228 .525/.525 112 LSA

- Everything else being equal on an otherwise stock LS3 with ARH 1.78 long tubes how much HP difference do you think there will be?
- May eventually put a small S/C on this and call it quits...This cam gonna work with that?
