Cylinder head rebuild I’m rebuilding cylinder heads and i just wanna know a full list of what i would need, i mean literally everything that a cylinder head contains every seal every mechanical part every shim EVERYTHING!!!! Thank you very much in advance
How many miles on the heads?
What casting number head, or aftermarket head are you freshening?
What camshaft is in the engine?
Have you measured your valve stem to guide clearance?
Do you know if the heads have been rebuilt before, or maybe had a valve job done previously?
lots of info needed here before the internet starts throwing parts at you. Your going to get 15 opinions here, by the way. Seeking the wisdom of a quality cylinder head shop would be a way smarter move, in my humble opinion.
