RHS Billet Main Caps

Anyone using or know anything about RHS billet main caps?

Summit has them for 118.95

OEM main caps are quite strong. Why would you need these?

I don't think there were caps on the block I bought so I might need to get caps anyway.

I'm not going to spend $500 on caps but a few extra bucks for billet steel I would if they are good. These were $118.95 at Summit

Those are just for RHS blocks, not GM LS blocks.

The RHS caps at Summit, even if they would fit, will run you $594.75 before tax. Priced individually. You can get really nice Katech billet main caps direct from Katech for $524.99 before tax. I had a set of Katech caps fitted to my 434’s sleeved block and they are nice. They utilize a tool steel pin to help with cap walk. Justin Case your still looking…

Thanks for clarification. Thats something I did not know about these engines. LS7 is a bit different from others, for sure. Was surprised to learn the offset intake rockers on the LS7 arent offset the same as LS3. Guess I shoulda known!!
