Is this fixable/worth fixing? Its below cyl #2 . Didnt damage sleeve

Is it open to the outside? If not, in spite of appearances, clean it up, button it up, and send it.

See if you can get someone to TIG the chunk back into place, make it look nice, and THEN send it...
