Did the 5.3 LMF go by another name?

Did the 5.3 LMF go by another name? I have 2010 Chevy Silverado that has the 5.3 LMG in it. Reading up on GM Authority and onallcylinders, the 5.3 LMF is identical to the 5.3 LMG but does not have the AFM in it. They said it comes in the 2010-2014 Chevy Express and GMC Savanna Cargo Vans. However when I try to cross reference on LKQ, FB Marketplace, Craigslist, etc Its like the 5.3 LMF does not exist. The only Options I can find for those vans on LKQ is the 4.3L LU3, 4.8L L20, 6.0L L96, and 6.6L LMM.
I was wondering if it had an alternative designation (Example L92) that i can cross over to.

The LMF went into AWD(only) vans from 2010-14 and did not have AFM/DOD. It did have VVT.
The LMG came in 07-14 pickups and SUV's and had a different cam from the LMF. It had only AFM/DOD from 07-09 then both that and VVT from 10-14.

Or is there some type of modification I need to do beforehand?

The LMG is more common, so why look for the LMF? As said, it only came in AWD versions of the vans, while the LMG came in many pickups and SUVs.
Scour the junkyards for the 07-14 trucks and SUVs that would have it.

I was trying to avoid from having to deal with the AFM/DOD stuff....
