Some help reading these spark plugs

Default Some help reading these spark plugs
Was suggested to me that bank 2 had a miss or exhaust leak indicated in my log on the bank 2 o2 sensor.

Trying to figure out what might be going on with the huge difference in appearance on these.

In order left to right cylinders 8,6,4,2 below

Looks like you're running VERY lean on that side.
Maybe pull the other side so you can contrast them.
