Default Pushrod length with stock ls3 can and ls7 lifters

I'm sure this information is probably Common knowledge. But i'm doing my first dod delete on a 2012 caprice ppv with the l77 and I put in a sock ls3 Camshaft, Hydraulic Roller Tappet, Duration at .050 in. 204/211, Lift .551/.522, in with stock ls7 lifters and I was hoping for some guidance on what push rods I would need to use with this combination could I just use 7.4 length with stock ls3 valve springs and be good to go again I apologize if this is a pretty standard/stupid question but it's my first time attempting something like this any information would be greatly appreciated

With any OEM camshaft, and OEM rockers, along with LS7 lifters, you should be able to use factory pushrods, assuming the heads haven’t been cut and headgaskets are in the ballpark of factory thickness. The LS7 lifters have a lot (almost .200) of available preload.

Okay awesome thanks for the information I really appreciate it ... ya heads haven't been altered and using metal multi layer ls9 head gasket which is pretty standard from what I understand reading different forums .. sorry i know this is probably another common knowledge question but would reusing the stock pushrods that I took off be unacceptable?

Perfectly fine sir, as long as the tips are in great shape and they are straight. Cleanliness is king, so make sure all parts are clean going back in.

Okay ya thanks..I didn't really know so I went ahead and blew some Nitrogen in each one of them to make sure there wasn't anything lodged in them and was hoping that would be sufficient.
