Harland Sharp roller rockers.
Are these rockers any good? I know TFS offers them as part of their top end kits. How about longevity?
thanks,

On The Tree
I get a call maybe once every month with broken Harland Sharp rockers, 80% of the time I will recommend a oem rocker with a trunnion upgrade depending on the application of course.

Amazing. More and more we find that stock LS stuff is pretty good.
All stuff that needs replacing on most street SBC's is fine on LS engines.
Intake manifold? LS6 or truck (especially TBSS) for cathedral or LS3 or late 6.0/6.2 truck for rectangular.
Heads? 243/799 for cathedral or 823(rectangular truck) and 821 (LS3) for rectangular.
Cam? Here's where you customize to your level of desired tune.
The stock oil pump? Fine in most cases.
Same for rocker arms. Trunnion kit optional
Bottom line- Stock LS parts are PRETTY GOOD compared to the vaunted SBC.
