They had some Dyno Results on their FB Page where they made 11 more HP over a Competitors 260 Head, but didn't specify whose Head, so some MYSTERY there...

Richard Holdener did some testing years back over stock and gains were like only 12 HP. Recently tested some TFS 255s vs AFR 260d and AFR 260s made like 12 HO over TFS 255s.

Eric Weingartner has done much testing in LS3 Heads, and says AFR 260s have tested better. Tony Mamo can replace Intake Valves with Hollow Stems and Hand Finish AFR 260s for like $4100.

I've looked at many Port and Combustion Chambers. Hooper Chambers resemble AFRs. Hooper 280 Intake Ports bigger than AFR 260s.

GPI has theirs and like Brodix Heads

REALLY COMES DOWN TO BUDGET, OVERALL COMBO, AND TUNER, WITH AN OPTIMIZED COMBO AND GREAT TUNER TOPPING THE LIST.

For Stock Ported, I like Iron Mask, TSP, and Hooper,
For 1800, I like TSP Brawlers.
For $2300, I like TSP PRC AS CAST 257s with Hollow Stem Intake Valves.
For $2600, I like Head Hunters.
For $3100, I like AFR 260s.
For $4100, I like Mamo AFR 260s.

I personally run some Me Home Ported LS3 Heads originally due to Budget, Porting them as best as possible to aftermarket designs I have liked the most, and stock having shorter pushrods than aftermarket and I would say better control plus lighter GM hollow stem intake valves.

I do have some TSP As Cast 257s Brand New in the Box in a Closet I bought because Budget got better. The Exhaust Ports could be bigger and more efficient and I have considered reworking them, but mine are working real good, so up for sale locally. If they don't sell by beginning of New Year, I'll Port then and use.

Hope this general info from my research helps you some in decision making. I kinda just threw out there not knowing your budget, engine size, if n/a or boost or nos build, but I like to focus on getting most HP for the buck.

This is very well put. Normally I would just upvote but this is so good it deserves a full blown repost.
