looking for a cam recommendation for stock bottom end lq4, .035 milled and cnc ported Katech heads for max effort street/strip, has holley terminator max, has 4:10 ford 8.8 rear and FTI 4000 converter with 4l80e.

Was looking at Red Hot Cam from BTR, but anyone with close experience with stock pistons and milled 243/799 input welcome especailly with PTV clearance.

Summit Racing’s Pro LS line of camshafts have great reviews and are cheap .

IIRC….. that’s cam is mild and fairly close to the specs of Summit’s 8715R1 cam. AKA their Ghost Cam
