No LS3 ever came with a 4” arm. Perhaps your thinking about the LS7 4” crank?
Any 4” aftermarket LS crank will fit in your LS block, including the OEM LS7 crank. The LS7 crank is hard to balance if using steel rods, and typically costs upwards of $800 to balance because of the tungsten or heavy metal needed to balance it. Your better off picking up a new 4” crank such as a Summit Pro Series, Scat, Eagle, etc. Molnar makes a great crank and are usually in stock.
