Exclamation Oil pressure

This application will differ from probably lists on this forum because it’s in an airboat. But I need yalls brain power.

I just had this motor built in march, it’s a 416 stroker with a ported and polished 105 LSA blower. It has not been on the dyno due to the time crunch we were under because of supercharger delayed arrival. Based off of previous builds that were similar but not quite as spicy it’s roughly a 900hp motor.

It is supposed to have a melling high pressure oil pump, not high flow just high pressure. Problem is, at idle it’s 40 PSI, at WOT(5600rpm) it’s 47 PSI. We have trouble shot, built new lines, isolated various components. We have narrowed it down to the oil cooler is where our drop is, but it doesn’t make sense. Once the cooler is full of oil there should be little to no pressure drop from the cooler. We have tried VR1 30SAE TO VR1 60SAE and the only change we see is 2-5psi drop the high viscosity we use. Just drained and filled with Mobil 0w-40 super car to see if that was any different, same thing. Have any of you encountered this problem before?
