With a 4" bore 402 what off the shelf wiseco would get me 11-12to1 static compression with a 61.5cc chamber head? And hopefully have the flat band to maintain proper quench.

Shelf Wiseco set? Likely not gonna happen for a 4” bore. Wiseco K444X3 will get you a tad over 11:1 with a zero deck height but it’s a 4.030 bore…which is doable with your block. It will go .030 over. This kit is an 11cc dish. You need closer to a 7cc dish for 12:1. This is with a .041 headgasket. You can get a custom Cometic gaske with a .035 thickness that will get you 11.26 and a better quench of .035. I’m figuring zero deck height here and a 4.160” bore headgasket. If you need a set custom built, call Tony Mamo. He’s a Wiseco dealer and will get you great pricing and the fastest turnaround…prolly 2 months. I’ve got another custom set coming right now from Wiseco through Tony.

wallaceracing has some excellent static & dynamic compression ratio calculators that will help you to answer this question on your own using the specs for any components you desire.
