Default Newbie question if this is normal

Good morning,
I have no idea about engines, but there is a loud "click" every 10 seconds in idle (warm engine).

I made a video:

the lower wheel stops at 6 sec and starts again at 19 sec and this makes a "click" that you can hear well, if you are standing next to the car.

Is that normal?

Thank you
Lenny

your A/C system needs to be charged. your low on freon, the clicking you hear is the compressor clutch coming in/out as the pressure drops and kicks out the binary switch.

As mentioned, the sound is from the AC compressor clutch engaging although it doesn't appear to be doing that from a low charge as the compressor would cycle more frequently in that case. It's appears to be cycling normally given that the outside temps are probably pretty low and it would only cycle on as the evaporator warms and reaches a certain preset temp. Why it is so loud when cycling seems to be the real issue... the compressor clutch is most likely going to need to be serviced or replaced.

I've been to a garage today and they said the compressor has to be replaced. I am wondering a bit, because the AC is working (very) well and only 2 years old (the 150$ one from rockauto)...

That would be the expensive way to service the clutch... Maybe find a different shop willing to perform only the actual work needed. I actually don't think it is that loud and would wait and see if it appears to get any worse as it almost sounds normal.
