Default LS2 intake for $200?

GMPartsDirect is listing the LS2 intake (P/N 89017648) for $203.98. I ordered one even though they are not in stock. Hopefully they don't contact me and tell me the price changed and they need to charge more for it.

Shipping was $40, but the cheapest I've seen it advertised elsewhere was $235 w/o shipping.

Leaning towards the FAST TB at this time. I don't think I need to be in any hurry to come up with a solution since it's not in stock. I was hoping to get a deal on the intake, and worry about the logistics later.

I'd checkout the other threads for comparisons and compatibility for your application

https://ls1tech.com/forums/generation-iv-internal-engine/200536-ls2-intake-90mm-tb-install-lsx-engine.html

you're going to need the new fuel rails at minimum. then you're also going to need a 90mm tb, or rid the new tb as described in the above thread. in the end its going to be more expensive then a used ls6, but much cheaper then a lsx.

btw, read the thread above, it answers most of the questions you've all asked. to quote jrp....."use the ******* search button"
