LS7- 7.0L or 6.4?
Are these parts available to the general public anytime soon?
Does this meen I should put off ordering my Darton block?
On a side note I hae a feeling that the 243 head casting will come down in price soon now that they are standard on all LS2 applications.

This part # and the others are the LS7?
) and the like all use 427ci ie. 7L I dont know if that is good or bad for us
Confidence comes from seeing several Z06's & the engine personally. (Head casting # is 8452).
and yes they talked about that colorado a litle down the paragraph

Also looks at this which confirms it's a 7.0L with 500hp.

Whether its 6.4L or 7L is moot IMO if the block is capable of 4.150 bore.
If its a 6.4 we can put a forged 4" crank in it
While not cheap it will likely knock almost 2k off the price of putting together a 427 compared to now.
