LS2 TB Help
Guy's,
This is my first post here but I have been lurking for a long time.
Anyway I need help with wiring up an LS2 TB to my 04 Z06. My TPS has 6 wires and the Throttle motor has two. The other post I have seen don't talk about what to do with the other wires.
I also have a question about the PCV system. The valve cover (Pass Side) has a vent going to the stock TB and the LS2 doesn't. How are you guys keeping the pcv properly metered through the MAF like the stock system?
If you have pictures or schematics please post or email them to me.

I cannot help ya with the Wiring but I will let ya know a little about that PCV hose.
The hose that runs to the TB is not a vacum hose. It is ported to the front side of the TB blade and is where tha motor gets fresh air into the crank case as the PCV system pulls vacumm.
You can put a small breather on there and be fine. Or run a hose into the intake system somewhere after the filter.

There is a thread out there on this forum and Corvette forum that has a complete diagram that tells exactly how to wire the LS2 tb. If you would like a tb that will bolt up to the LS2 intake and work with your C5 harness, we have the fix. We are now stocking the TPIS 90mm tb for the C5 and the F body cars. Not only that but we are having a sale, $435.00 + core charge for the F body, and $635.00 + core for the Corvette. You will also recieve a return shipping lable with your order for the core!! Let me know if I can help!!
