New LS2 DRY Sleeve Blocks!
I am selling the sleeved blocks outright bored and finish honed at $3395.00 plus shipping.
We can also build a full crate engine or short block to meet your needs. Call or e-mail me for a quote.
Just imagine:
4.155" Bore x 4.125" Stoke = 447CI!
I hope to have pics up soon on the blocks.
One of these just might be finding it's way into a red 9 second Trans-am

The price is comparable to an MID block. These are a little more because there is no core charge. We use new GM LS2 blocks.

I agree with u on the coolant not touching the sleeves as I've always believed this was a better way of doing it,hence the C5R block.I dont like the specail coolants/water pumps and 0 psi BS thats suggested by Darton on the Wet sleeve,I've used that evans coolant and I wont give u my opinion of it but lets just say I didnt lke it.
This sounds very promising....
You remember "Pogo"? He did an ARE 422CI 4 years ago and the car is still running strong. No issues.
Some of the higher HP LS1 re-sleeved engines had some coolant leakage issues at the base of the sleeve and only because the sleeve gets wet. I got 3 years out of my present block before I started to see some leaking and I was able to seal it back up with Bars Leak. This is a non-issue on the LS2.
