What holes are you taking about? The C6 still uses 5 lugs, not 6. YOu will have to measure the thickness of the rotors as well as the total height to see if the C6 rotors will work on a C5. The diameter will also have to be the same.

I'm pretty sure it'd work... I'm almost certain that the spindles, etc... are the same between the two cars.

However, that means that unless you're talking about the Z51 or Z06 brakes, that you wouldn't have anything to gain, since the rotor would be the same size as the C5 piece.

The calipers are what you are going to want. The problem with brakes getting hot on the corvettes is because the top of the calipers are closed in (as are most oem units) and the air cannot flow thru the rotor and thru the caliper housing...so the brake fluid boils and your brakes go away as well as the rotor gets hotter. I hope the new z06 brake calipers are open on the top like all racing rotors are.

And as I posted in that thread.

Ummm yeah. Why does the Z06 have 5 lugs then? This picture is from the LA Auto Show when the Z06 was shown.

Default c6

As I posted in the other thread. I have a 69 camaro with c5 front suspension and I am running c6 wheels, oem, not knock offs.
