Anyone have an opinion as to the possibility of the LS7 heads working well on a LS2 block? The best I can come up with is adding the diameters of the two valves together to get 3.81". How much chamber is left after that I can't tell.

 

I think the combustion chamber will be 4 inches or more and the valves would be shrouded. I am pretty sure the flow would be hurt. We will all just have to get 4.125 bore blocks...it is a conspiracy to make us keep spending. HA HA.

 

from what I may or may not have seen I doubt they would work well on a small bore block.
