Default Crate LS2

Will a crate LS2 fit in my 00 Z28? Also is it worth the money to spend on one then for at $500 less get a Z06 LS6 motor. I noticed them in Pace Performance catalog and I'm stuck on where to go. Will my headers fit the LS2, is the LS6 worth that kinda money verses the LS2 having more potential. I saw numbers for both stock around 400+ so I feel to just bolt in for at $6Gs what is my best option. I just don't feel that other then stroking my current motor, I can get big cubes out of it and I want to stay away from turbo and supercharging.

go for a stock displacement ls1 with a good heads and cam package... it will outrun a stock ls2 big time without the hassles of converting to an ls2!

If you are doing that why would'nt you put the "good heads and cam" on the LS2???

Go for the LS2 and put on whatever you will be doing to an LS6...
