Yes I have the Random Tech 70300 metallic cats.

I'm going to fool around with it a bit. I have access to a testing facility. They can not run the actual Goverment program but we can do curb side idle and steady load readings. The goverment program does a little fluctuating on the steady load portion that is difficult to simulate. It will at least give me an idea if I'm close and with a few program changes get her through legally. 1999's have higher allowances for the emissions which will help. It idles pretty smoothly at 950 and we are allowed up to 1150. Should be interesting to see how it is currently.
