what all to have done to heads I can get any machine work done for free, what should be done to ls1 heads? what valves, springs, etc? daily driver, pretty decent cam tho, will spray later on.

If they have done heads before. I would recomend :
2.02/1.57 valves-Brand your choice.
Springs -Comp dual springs
Small port work go for the high velocity
Mill the heads a little bit.
