These things are going to be impressive with just a handful of mods. Or even lack of mods, 20 at the wheels just by taking off the air cleaner!

Holy crap. That's impressive. Did LG take the Air cleaner off when they Dyno'd the Z06 they had?? I wonder if there is even more power to be seen from Headers and intake. Wow. Something like 520RWHP??????

Wow.. Really cool info!

Has anyone got to drive/ride in one? Is the road noise really as bad as Motor Trend says? They say you almost have to yell at the person you are sitting next to over 3,500 rpms?! I know its a race car and thats a characteristic (doesnt bother me), but i have a hard time believing this!?

I'm guessing that jump in power at 3700 rpm is from the exhaust opening up?

Over in another forum Lou mentioned that he did pull the air filter at one point just for grins. At that point they already had the longtubes on and it went 487rwhp/465rwtq. Don't know if this was factored into the final numbers or not. Look like there will be good potential for a Halltech or something.

Not that this compares to the LS7, but I found it interestingly similar. A couple of weeks ago I dynoed my new 05 GTO (it was bone stock right down to the OEM air filter). For the second pull we removed the airbox and picked up almost exactly 20rwhp.
