LS2 external parts questions..

LS2 external parts questions.. I got my new LS2 crate motor for my '68 Camaro but I have a few questions..
First.. does it use the same starter as a ls1/6??
Second.. can you bolt up f-body accesories to the block like the Alternator and PS pump? Or do you have to use vette stuff?
Lastly.. will an f-body cable driven TB bolt up to the LS2 intake? I don't want to run the fly-by-wire stuff.
