What are the main differences between the LS1 and LS2? Are the heads/cams/valvetrain interchangeable? I heard all the LS2 is, is just an aluminum version of the LQ9?

Heads, cam and valvetrain are interchangable.
All f-body accessories will bolt to the block, knock sensors go in the sides of the block, cam sensor is in the front cover and map sensor is in the front of the ls2 intake. If it is a crate engine it may not have the 24x reluctor gear on the crank. There is more, but it is vehicle-specific.

Its in a TrailBlazer SS.. I was thinking of doing a heads/cam swap with some springs and maybe doing an intake swap as well, or should I leave the truck intake on? Will the aftermarket throttle bodies bolt up to the truck manifold?
