Depends where you are? Sydney area? There are a few. Price typically $150-$200 with the crank out, to supply and fit a 24X.

The cam gear needs to be done as well.

Did you buy from Holden dealer?

mmm....Tamworth eh. Nice place. Any shops out there that do engine building?

There are the Bakers in Orange, but dont know if they get into LS engines.

You could try asking on www.ls1.com.au if someone out your way can pull the crank out and ship it to someone that can do the reluctor wheel like Marrannos in Croydon in Sydney.

Sonny has the Goodson tool and has done many reluctor swaps. The reluctor is a shrink fit item and requires heat to get it on and off. The Goodson tool indexes off a hole in the crank flange to make sure the reluctor is in the right place. The is another way, but this is the most reliable.

You will also need an extension harness for the cam sensor, knock sensors and MAP, and maybe a crank sensor change.

Does the VX have the fly by wire throttle, or cable throttle? Cable if i remember correctly. You will need to change the throttle body to cable, but you probably already did this.

All the best!
