Call up Ron Davis Radiators and see if they have made them before. They may have the dimensions. If not, they could build one for you. They're doing some work right now for us and have in the past.

I have had 2 radiators from www.alumrad.com

he is great and knows his stuff. I called rondavis once ! that was all it took , the guy must have wanted to go to lunch and did not take me serious.

besides alumrad was much cheaper and quality is great .

Griffin has an aluminum cross flow for tri-fives with LS engines (natural or polished finish available).

Default Crossflow Radiator

I had a real problem with Griffin. I think they know what they are doing technically but I waited 6 weeks for them to build my radiator to someone else's specs. Then they told me they didn't have the parts for mine and it would be another 4 weeks. So I gave up and went to Mattsons radiator in Los Angeles. They delivered quickly and the result is gorgeous. It was also slightly under the price from Griffin. Apparently Mattsons does a lot of street rod custom jobs in Southern Calif. and I would highly recommend them.

Another vote for Ron Davis. My buddy had them custom build a heat exchanger for his truck, as well as a custom dual core double pass radiator. I have a Be Cool rad in my '69 442, and the quality of the Ron Davis is much better. They definitely know their stuff about cooling. Oh, they also use them on the C5R and C6R, as well as the Caddy CTS-vR program. Here is a pic of the heat exchanger, and one I took of the CTS-vR a while back.
