Physically, yes, it should bolt up, but there are many other things you would have to work out. #1 would be the crank sensor reluctor ring. Some have successfully changed them out to a standard LS1/2 ring, but it wouldn't be a shade tree mechanic job. Not to mention it's kinda hard to get your hands on one right now.
