very interesting richard-

looking from the pics its a bit more different then the ls2 intake-

richard how much can be ported without going to far?

I sure did, there are many things that I just flat miss. I'm looking for the specifics of the LS7 intake.

I was going to say the same thing. The production part is probably welded like the rest of the models.

It's interesting to see the inside of one of these. I've never taken one apart so I didn't know that's what they looked like.

It's nice to see my photbucket account is still active!
These intakes are a superb design given the spec of the ZO6's. Excellent runner length for upper rpm tuning and nice flow capacity to feed a 427 to 7000rpms. Some NA 427's are hitting nearly 600rwhp with them. Good stuff..........

I don't have the cad geometry for the plenum and runners. I'll work on the taper if possible and the intake port dimesions in the next few days.
