actually the bolts get torqued to 70 deg on the final
so it goes 22ftlbs first sequence, 90 deg and then 70 deg.
make sure to do the first sequence 3 times as the head will seat itself. You will notice that the inner upper bolts will move again before it clicks the torque wrench. If you don't believe me, give it a try, you will be surprised.
