Bank wire transfer, of course. No Western Union. Anyone can overnight a fradulent cashiers and it's being done everyday; fradulent Postal Money orders too. I have learned the hard way and I would never ship anything or let anybody drive anything away with nothing more than a cashiers check in my hand unless we were at the bank which issued the check and they guaranteed it. Those are the new rules of transactions like these I'm sorry to say. The price is now $10850 without the water pump, flywheel and clutch and without shipping. If you want the water pump and flywheel/clutch add $600.

You can do "buy it now" for $1000 and make shipping costs $10,400. It'll surely catch more traffic, and it'll bypass eBay/PayPal's outrageous fees. many will see it as a scam, but regular eBayers are aware of the fees you're trying to work around. just make sure you explicitly list in the description what your intentions are.
Wire transfers between banks are 100% legit that I believe go through the Federal Reserve. We routinely used this method at my work with no problems. Sending money via Western Union is the scam some may be thinking of. Cashier Checks should be viewed with caution because the bank only needs to verify the funds in the account when the cashiers check is purchased; it does not lock or freeze the funds.
