Default ls7 question

none of the ls1 covers or accessories will fit on the ls7 right?? or for that matter any of the sensors

I am prety sure they all fit except the valley cover and the front cover because the cam sensor and knock sensors are different, not sure though?

anyone for sure and i fhte sensors are ina different location is it still possible to use a harness off 99

You can make things work. We have a LS7 in an F-body. I'm assuming that's what you're doing.

i was just wondering if all the stuff off of my ls1 would transfer (not the heads and intake but covers sensors and accessory drives. an ls7 block is an option for what i am doing and i have a lot of the external parts and im not wanting to start over and have to junk everything i have already got my hands on if that makes sense

You may want to consider our budget 427 short block which we will start producing in July. It's a sleeved LS2.

Most of your parts will fit, but you're going to have to do something with the balancer.

no offense katech but im not looken for a sales pitch here, probably goin with a ls7 block 4.1 inch crank l92 heads but wanted to know if the stuff off of my ls1 woud swap some modification is ok but if im gonna have to scrap a majority of it im not interested and i will stick with the 408 ive got on the stand
