GM has not released the complete LS7 heads at this time and to build them up using stock parts the price is astronomical.

Just got the price together for the LS7 heads. $3399.95 a pair. I know its not cheap but at this time it is the only way to get a set.

If Im not mistaken I do believe that WORLD PRODUCTS makes a direct replacement head for the LS7. World has also come out with a direct replacement LS7 block called the Warhawk. The block and the heads also have an extra bolt location on them so you can add extra holding capacity on the heads to keep them from blowing off under extreme boost pressures. Those blocks can also safely go up to 454 ci.

Also it's an aftermarket block not a direct replacement otherwise it would be the same instead of being "improved" or "updated" they are also gonna prolly be ungodly exspensive.

If using the new Diamond pistons with the short pins (90gm pin, 425gm piston), LS7 Ti rods, and an Eagle 4.1 or Lunati 4.125 crank, is it possible to balance without drilling big holes? The bobweight may be under 1500gms.

What cranks are available over 4" without breaking the bank?

That is for the GM assembled heads that have not been released as of yet. The $3399.95 is for us to assemble the heads. When you buy the parts seperatly it makes the price go up but it is the only way to get them at this time.

We have an Eagle 4.100" stroke for $769.95 and a Callies 4.25" for $1599.95....

The eagle cranks are rough balanced for an 1800 gram bob weight.

Default LS-7 Heads

I started waiting on those heads in Jan. There were castings but no valves. They ordered custom valves from Manley or Ferrera but they never got made .I also had a warhawk block & Heads on order in Jan. World Products now says "end of the year" because of an alum. shortage. I finally had Race Engine Developement sleeve a block & used ET 265/41 heads. The heads flow great & have a .750 deck. Hats off to SDPC, Nicky,Marty & everyone there have always gone overboard to have the best warehouse & speed shop anywhere.
