im looking to go this route to save some money on my budget 403 ported LS2 looks like it could be the way to go if its ported by the right person. half the cost and similar results, why not?

Back to back, same day, same tune, ported LS2 made 13rwhp over stock LS2 on my H/C 346 everywhere. Not just at the top, but lifted the entire curve by 13rwhp. Way more punchy mid range then before...
