LH6 5.3 heads...

Does anybody know for sure what heads are on the LH6 5.3...?

I was told that they are supposed to be the LS6 casting...

i believe LH6 is 6.2L Diesel engine.

Also i just read that the Gen IV 5.3 are named LH6 also

They are 243 castings. Same as ls6 or ls2 heads. Not sure if the same size valves though.

The lh6 comes with 799 heads or the 243s
