I currently have a mostly stock 00 ws6, Im looking into a ls2 based 402 stroker short block, aftermarket heads, ls6 or fast intake, long tube headers, high flow cats, catback exh. I was wondering what the best bang for my buck would be, I want to get around 450 hp at the wheels, Im thinking a viper spec t-56 and a ford 9 inch with 3.40-3.73 gears, subframe connectors, torque arm, etc. I dont want to get too crazy as this is driven daily ( weather permiting) I am hopeing to keep the engine under 8k if I can, then I could afford a drive train for it still.

 

I bought a longblock from TSP and it came in just under 8k.
