LS2 into an F-body

LS2 into an F-body I'm going to be putting an LS2/7 into my F-body come the next few weeks. I've been working hard to get everything I need for the swap to make it as easy of a process as possible since I've got a little military duty coming up basically right after I get the engine.... 
For all the people that have done these swaps, it would be ABSOLUTELY awesome if you guys could share you experiences with it, and what problems you've run into. Every little problem solved before will be hours saved in the end.
Some things I'd like to know...
Where do all the sensors plug into the LS2 block?
How far to shim the LS1 windage tray for a 4.1" stroke, and what to use.
Problems with dipstick tubes?
Wiring harness issues...already got the MAP/KS extensions
Ect...
I've pretty much already gotten all of the required hardware, just wondering about different compatability issues!

This should be s sticky in this forum at some point. I have been looking at this also and there are too many posts when you do a search. It would be nice to have a complete LS1 --> LS2 conversion page all together in one place for "one stop shiopping". Anyone..., anyone..., Bueller?
